Gentle Exercise Class

For an hour of FUN & LAUGHTER as well as doing something that is good for you join our Gentle Exercise Class, an Active over 50’s Program, recommended by The Heart Foundation. You will be taken through activities using balls, bands & bean bags designed to exercise the whole body.

Accredited Instructor: Tina Bednal

All ages & fitness levels catered for, but you must wear comfortable clothing & sneaker style shoes.

Tuesdays: 8:30 – 9:30am
Fridays: 9:30 to 10:30am

Cost to Members: $7.00

I come to Gentle Exercise to keep my body working, have a good laugh & for the company of others. The teacher is excellent.”
