Sadly we have lost our Tuesday morning Gentle Exercise spot (only temporarily, I hope!) but the Friday group is going strong. Please ring the Duty Desk 4332 5522 to book in to keep those muscles working.
For an hour of FUN & LAUGHTER as well as doing something that is good for you join our Gentle Exercise Class, an Active over 50’s Program, recommended by The Heart Foundation. You will be taken through activities using balls, bands & bean bags designed to exercise the whole body.

All ages & fitness levels catered for, but you must wear comfortable clothing & sneaker style shoes.
