You may be aware that CC Council has been sponsoring free Tai Chi sessions run by Dave Ross at the Memorial Park in The Entrance at 9.30 on Thursdays. Now that that they are suspended due to COVID-19, Dave is now streaming them from home on the Group’s Facebook page which he started to keep over 200 of us informed. The FB page is a private one but joining it is easy. After clicking on the “Join” button, Dave will approve the membership.  If you look at the bottom of the image below you will see the recorded video image of Dave’s Tai Chi session. Something else to do to relieve stress and anxiety in these restricted times…………….Thanks Stuart for telling us about this.
